How do I get a copy of your free catalog?

You can send a catalog request to cats@inacatseye.com; mail a catalog request to IN A CAT’S EYE, PO Box 328, Princess Anne, MD 21853 or call us at 888-582-2873 (888-CATSEYE).   We will mail one out as soon as possible!  You can also view the website inacatseye.com to see all our current gift items.

When will I get my order?

Unlike most internet stores, we warehouse and ship 99 percent of all our items.  That gives us more control of the quality of the gifts and enables us to get unique gifts that aren’t available anywhere else.  As long as your items are in stock, they will be purrsonally inspected, packed and mailed to you within 24 hours. 

How do you ship?

At this time, IN A CAT’S EYE ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

We currently use the United States Postal Service, FedEx and UPS.  We pick the best shipping method regardless of what is selected.

International

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. 

Can I mail in a check or money order rather than give a credit card number?

You can send your order in with check or money order in US funds to the address below; don’t forget to add shipping (see below) and your phone number to the order in case we have questions!

Who do I make my check or money order payable to?

Sales Tax

IN A CAT’S EYE charges sales tax for orders being shipped to Maryland based on applicable Maryland state sales tax rate.  (January 2016 currently 6%).

When can I talk to a person and what are your hours of operation?

Our hours are Monday through Saturday 9-9 EST. All other times you can leave your order on our secure voice mail system. If no one answers during these times, we have stepped away from the desk or are on other lines.  Please leave us a message and we will get back to you!  Remember to speak slowly and clearly and leave us a good number to reach you at in case we have any questions.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return them for store credit. Return must be made in 30 days of purchase with items(s) in NEW condition. We do not refund shipping charges.
